REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

PROJECT PAYMENTS

Your website project will consist of three payments. We will invoice you for an initial deposit before starting work, a 2nd payment will be due once the website designs are finalized and approved, and the final payment is due before the launch of your site.

REFUNDS

The initial project deposit is nonrefundable.

If you decide to cancel your website project at anytime after the initial project deposit is paid and prior to the website going live, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the project design and development fees paid after the initial deposit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any ongoing service fees, hosting fees, or assets purchased on your behalf.

WEBSITE HOSTING

A website hosting package is required to launch your new site. You may chose to pay your website hosting fees on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not offered on website hosting fees.

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 30-day written notice via email for all cancellations of website hosting, maintenance, and technical support programs.

Keep Simple Design website designs, concepts, and content are the property of Keep Simple Design. You may not use any digital assets (ex. designs, content, imagery, etc.) created by Keep Simple Design on anything outside of a Keep Simple Design website package. Of course, this does not apply to your own content, copy, images, and assets that you provided or you commissioned Keep Simple Design to create for you.
